|If the Authentication Type for clients is None, all users will be able to access all presentations, no matter which users or groups are assigned to the presentations.
When assigning users to a presentation, select only those users whose systems meet the system requirements for the contents of the presentation. For example, you should not assign a Solaris user to a presentation that contains an ActiveX configuration.
If a user is currently viewing the myAccess Links page when you assign that user to the presentation, the user must refresh the page in order to access the presentation. Likewise, when you remove a user from a presentation, and that user is currently viewing the myAccess Links page, the user must refresh the page in order to remove the name of the presentation. If a user tries to access a presentation to which that user is no longer assigned, an error message appears.
Directory: This list displays the users and groups that can be assigned to the presentation. The directory service used by Management & Control Services (MCS) determines which users and groups appear in this list.
Read, Write, Execute: These options do not apply to presentations.
Add: Click this button to assign the user or group selected in the Directory list to this presentation.
Remove: Click this button to remove the selected user or group from the Assigned list.
Assigned: This list displays the users and groups that are currently assigned to this presentation.
