Troubleshooting Presentation Manager

Make sure the application is connecting to Presentation Runtime Service.
  1. If Presentation Integrator is installed on this PC, start Designer Studio, and then click Presentation Integrator from the Designer menu. Open the presentation that contains the application that the user can't run, modify the RuntimeServer property for that application, and republish the presentation. For more information, refer to the Help for Presentation Integrator.

    If Presentation Integrator is not installed on this PC, install it or contact your system administrator to ensure that the RuntimeServer property for the application is correctly configured.

  2. Have the user open the presentation and try to run the application again.
