Troubleshooting Presentation Manager

Make sure the presentation is being published to the correct location.
  1. In Presentation Designer, make sure the Server Address, Server Port, User ID, and Password for MCS are correct, and republish the presentation.

    If MCS and Presentation Designer are installed on the same PC, the Server Address can be localhost. The Server Port must match the port number specified during the installation of MCS. The User ID is typically system, although you can use any user name that has permission to access the MCS console. For the system account, the password is the password specified during the installation of MCS.

  2. In Presentation Manager, click Manage Presentations to refresh the list.
