Troubleshooting Presentation Manager

Remove the cached files at the client.
  1. At the client, start Netscape Communicator.

  2. From the File menu, click Preferences.

  3. In the Category tree, double-click Advanced.

  4. Click SmartUpdate.

  5. In the list box, click the object that you want to remove, and then click Uninstall.

  6. Click OK.

    The next time the user opens the browser and accesses a presentation, the latest Java files will be downloaded.
