Troubleshooting Presentation Manager

Make sure the client has Sun Java 2 Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.4.0_01.
At the client, use the appropriate procedure for determining whether Sun Java 2 Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.4.0_01 is installed. For example, for a Windows system, go to Add/Remove Programs and observe whether this item appears in the list of installed programs.

Did the client have the Sun JRE?
