Troubleshooting Presentation Manager

This troubleshooter will help you solve problems that you might be having with Presentation Manager, or that users might be having with presentations.

What's wrong?

• A presentation doesn't appear in the list in Presentation Manager.

• The right users and groups don't appear on the Assign Users dialog box.

• A presentation doesn't appear on the user's myAccess Links page.

• The contact information is missing on the user's myAccess Links page.

• A user can't run an application in the presentation.

• It takes a long time to download the presentation.

• The user didn't receive the latest version of the application or configuration.
