- In the MCS Selection panel, point to Products and then click Presentation Manager.
The Presentation Manager tree appears.
- In the Presentation Manager tree, click Manage Presentations.
The Manage myAccess Links page appears in the Management panel.
- Click the presentation to which you want to assign users.
- Click Assign Users.
- To assign a user or group to the presentation, from the Directory list, click the user or group that you want to assign to this presentation, and then click Add. (The other options on this dialog box -- Read, Write, and Execute -- do not apply to presentations.)
The name of the user or group remains in the Directory list, and also appears in the Assigned list.

The users and groups to whom you can assign presentations is determined by the directory service used by MCS. If the desired users and groups do not appear in this list, you might need to change your directory service.

- Click OK.
If a user is currently viewing the myAccess Links page when you assign that user to the presentation, he or she must first refresh the page to access the presentation.
