Troubleshooting Presentation Integrator

Make sure a configuration has been created.
  1. If Terminal Viewers is installed on this PC, start MCS, and then click Terminal Viewers in the MCS Products pane. For information about creating configurations, refer to the Help for Terminal Viewers.

    If Terminal Viewers is not installed on this PC, install it or contact your system administrator to ensure that configurations are created and published to the same installation of MCS being used by Presentation Integrator.

  2. In Presentation Integrator, click Refresh in the Resources pane.
