Using the Popups Pane

To display presentation resources such as applications or Web documents with your presentation in a secondary window, you would use the Popups pane.

To create a popup window in your presentation
  • To create a popup window in your presentation, in the Resources pane, click the resource and drag it to the Popups pane.

    You can use resources from published Presentation Designer applications, Terminal Viewer configurations, or Web documents.

  • To remove a popup item from your presentation, either right-click the resource item in the Popup pane and then click Delete Resource, or click the resource item and then from the Edit menu, choose Delete Resource.
