Using this dialog box, you can open either presentations that are stored locally on your PC, or presentations that have been published to Management & Control Services (MCS), either by you or by other designers.
Select Presentation To Open: This list displays the presentations that you can open.
If the Local Presentations tab is selected, this list displays all the presentations that are stored locally on your PC. If the Published Presentations tab is selected, this list displays all the presentations that have been published to MCS, either by you or by other designers.
To open any listed presentation, click the presentation and then click OK.
If you open a presentation that has been published to MCS, you can modify it and save it locally or republish it to MCS. If the presentation is in use when you republish it, any changes do not take effect until the next time the user accesses the presentation.
