The Designer Bar is the left pane that contains an icon for each designer that you have installed (such as Task Builder, Presentation Designer, and Presentation Integrator).
When you click an icon in the Designer Bar, the menu bar, toolbar, and right portion of the window change to include the commands and panes associated with the selected designer.
