ID Properties: UTS Properties Page

Note You can edit ID properties at any time. However, if the ID is in use, any changes you make do not take effect until the client closes and then reopens the session.

Grant access to any application: Click this option to allow users to access any host application using this ID. If you click this option, you do not have to specify any application names on the rest of this page.

Restrict access to particular applications: Click this option to restrict access to the host applications listed in the list. If no names appear there, type the name of a host application in the New Application text box and then click Add.

New application: Type the name of the host application (such as Demand or UDSSRC) that you want users to be able to access using this ID. You can type the name of a host application only if you selected Restrict Access To Particular Applications. If you selected Grant Access To Any Application, this text box appears dimmed.

Add: Click this button to add the name in the New Application text box to the list of host applications that the user can access using this ID. This button appears dimmed until you select Restrict Access To Particular Applications and type a name in the New Application text box.

Remove: Click this button to remove the selected host application name from the list of host applications that the user can access using this ID. This button appears dimmed until you select Restrict Access To Particular Applications and select a host application name from the list.
