User ID: Enter the user ID for the new user. The user will use this ID to access MCS.
First Name: Enter the new user's first name.
Last Name: Enter the new user's last name.
Description: Enter a description of the new user.
Password: Enter the user's password.
Confirm Password: Enter the user's password a second time to ensure that it is entered correctly.
Back: Click this button to return to the previous page.
Finish: Click this button to create the new user. The Directory page is updated to show the new user.
Cancel: Click this button to return to the Directory page without creating a new user.
