Installation Instructions

To install, perform the following steps:

  1. Run the downloaded .exe file.
  2. Select the folder where you want to unzip the files to. By default, a folder is created on your desktop.
  3. After installation files are unpacked, the Setup.exe program is automatically started.
  4. To avoid an error in Design Tool when opening models with Java event handlers, separately download container-core-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar and replace the existing file in your C:\Program Files\Attachmate\Verastream\HostIntegrator\lib\container\lib folder.

For more information on new installer functionality and issues, see the Installer Updates section below.

Note: After you have finished using the Technical Preview, note that uninstall does not remove all files. After uninstalling, remove remaining configuration files by deleting the C:\Program Files\Verastream folder.
