Web Builder uses these icons to identify projects and properties:

Settings that affect the way Web Builder generates projects.

Routines that can be used by C# programmers to access host data through the Host Integrator model.

 

.NET 2.0 Web application
NET 2.0 Web application pages generated in C# based on host functionality using the model's procedures and screens.

 

.NET (C#) Web service
Standardized Web services generated from the host model implemented in C# that enable application developers to incorporate host data into an application that runs on a variety of platforms.

 

ASP procedure-based Web application
Active Server Pages (ASP) Web application generated from the model's tables and procedures. Processing is based on host functionality, rather than host screens.

 

Java Web application
Java Web application pages generated from the model's procedures and screens.

 

Java Web service
Standardized Web services generated from the model's procedures implemented in Java. Application developers can use these Web services to incorporate host data into an application.

 

Java Beans
Java beans are reusable components that can be incorporated into Java applications. Processing is based on the model's procedures.

 

Enterprise Java Beans
Enterprise Java Beans (EJBs) are reusable components for networked Java applications. EJBs are the basic building blocks of software applications on the Java EE platform.

A Dynamic Link Library for programmers who need to access host data via the model for Microsoft COM-based applications.

 

Red X over Icon
