VT User Features Locked

This setting specifies whether certain features can be changed by the host.

When this setting is set to Yes, the following properties cannot be changed by the host:

Tab stops
The Keyboard Locked setting
The Inverse Video setting

Some host applications require that this setting be set to No, so that they can control these features.
