Specifies whether or not to apply the default value provided for the attribute on the Host Integrator Server and the Design Tool or on the Design Tool only. The default in the View Settings dialog box is Default value for design tool only. In addition, the Apply default value to server check box is not selected in the Operation Generation Preferences dialog box.
