Configuring an AS/400 (5250) Session

When you set the Session Type to IBM 5250 Terminal and the Transport Type to Telnet, the following options are available in the Session Setup or New Model dialog box.

After you connect, you can review these settings in the Connection Properties dialog box.

• Session Type
• Model ID
• Transport Type
• Host Name or IP Address
• Port Number
• Device Name
• Advanced 5250 Telnet dialog box
