On the Debug menu, point to Debug Trace and click Configure Debug Trace to open the Configure Internal Trace dialog box. Internal traces provide technical support personnel a means to diagnose problems with Verastream Host Integrator. You should not create internal traces unless instructed to do so by a technical support technician.
If you are experiencing problems with Verastream Host Integrator, please notify technical support.
At the instruction of a technical support technician, select the datastream traces to be recorded by clicking the box next to each data type to be recorded. You can then record the trace and send it to your support technician for evaluation.
