Specifies whether the event handler toolbar's location is tied to the terminal window's location. When set to Yes (default), the toolbar is tethered to the terminal window; when you move or resize the terminal window, the toolbar moves, tracking the nearest corner of the terminal window.
When set to No, moving the terminal window has no effect on the location of the toolbar. This setting is only relevant if Toolbar Mode is set to Floating. (The toolbar is not attached to one of the margins of the terminal window.)
