Installing the COM Connector

To install the Host Integrator COM connector:

Double-click the Setup icon located on your Host Integrator CD or in your e-delivery folder.

In the Select Components dialog box, click Connectors to expand it and select the AppConn COM Connector check box.

Click Next.

Review the information provided in the Confirm Settings dialog box, and click Next.

When the installation process is complete, click Finish and setup will restart your machine. The following files will be installed on your machine:

Appconn.dll and xerces-c_1_4.dll are installed in your \Winnt\System32 folder.
Appconn.lib is installed in your \<VHI install directory>\lib folder.
Appconn.h, appconn_i.c, appconnapi.h, and appconndef.h are installed in your \<VHI install directory>\Include folder.
