Setting Recording Preferences

If the preference is selected, a field will only send the changed characters, not extra spaces.

To set recording preferences

1. From the Window menu, choose Preferences.
2. From the Preferences list, choose Recording.
3. To record trailing blanks as input when a host field is larger than the current execution value, clear the Trim Trailing Blanks Recorded as Input check box.
4. Click OK.
