This designer is provided as an Eclipse Rich Client Platform application. To install it, unzip the archive (BridgeDesigner.zip) and run BridgeDesigner.exe.
The Readme file is not installed. You can access the Readme file (readme.html) on the root of the product CD in the Documentation folder.
