Use the New Partner LU dialog box to supply the information needed to configure a new partner LU for your SNA Gateway system. A partner LU is the remote participant in a session.
All of the new partner LU's configuration parameters are required and must contain a valid value.
Partner LU: A unique partner LU name. This is a name that defines a logical unit (LU) on the host. This name is coordinated with the local LU name to establish a local LU-partner LU session to support a host connection. The name can be up to 8 characters in length.
Link: Select the host link to be used to connect with the host (partner) machine from a list of pre-configured host links. Host links are configured on the New Host Link dialog box.
