Typically, when a session is created, it uses the pool of user names and passwords configured by the system administrator to log in to the host. To pass in user names and passwords through a task as it runs, you can create a pool that does not use preconfigured user names or passwords. If your session pool is configured this way, every single user running the task must authenticate with the host every time the task is run.
