Setting Default Session Pool Options

You can specify default options for managing threads. These options are global and will be used as default values when you create new session pools. The values you should select depend on your server capacity.

To set session pooling configuration defaults
  1. In the MCS left pane, point to Products and then click Services Builder for Screens.

  2. Under Services Builder for Screens, expand the Servers tree, expand a run-time server, then click Configure.

  3. From the Configure page, under Select Items to Configure, double-click Session Pooling.

  4. In the Session Pooling dialog box, specify values for monitor and pool initialization threads.

    For a description of these options, click the Help button in the Session Pooling dialog box.
