Creating or Editing a UTS Environment
You can create, modify, or delete a UTS environment when you create or modify a UTS configuration. Task Builder includes a predefined environment (UDSSRC). This environment does not specify the connection to use. Before you can use the predefined environment, you must complete its configuration by modifying it to specify a connection.
Changes you make to an environment take effect the next time the environment is initialized (for example when you disconnect or reconnect the session or access a different environment and then return to the modified one).
In addition, if you delete an environment that is in use by a configuration, you will not be able to save the configuration until you select a different environment on the General page.

- Create or modify a UTS configuration.
- On the UTS Connection Settings - Environment page, click New.

For example, to access the host application by typing $$OPEN MAPPER, type MAPPER.
