When you import a task into another project you may end up with unused screens. These screens can typically be removed from your project without affecting successful task execution.
Unused screens are grouped by task and any screen that is not referenced by a task is listed under the Unassociated Screens node. You can easily view the screens that are not being used by your project.
To display the Remove Unused Screens page, from the File menu, choose Import Tasks. Remove Unused Screens is the sixth or seventh panel in the Import Task wizard.
Select the option to remove all unassociated screens, or alternatively, selectively choose the screens you want to remove.
