Export Task: Select Tasks to Export

From the selected source project you must designate the task or tasks that you want to export. All tasks and global screen handlers are listed by name and selected by default. They all will be exported unless you clear the appropriate checkbox.

To display the Select Tasks to Export page, from the File menu, choose Export Tasks. Select Tasks to Export is the second or third panel in the Export Task wizard depending on how the wizard is accessed.

Information, Warnings, and Errors

Different types of messages provide information about issues that may occur when exporting tasks. These messages are located in the left pane of the wizard and are listed in the Summary of Changes at the end of the export process.

• You must select at least one task or global screen handler to export.

• This task cannot be exported because not all of the required screens are present.
