Logging ID Management Events

You can log ID management events to the MCS event log.

Note To minimize unnecessary consumption of system resources, you should enable event logging only when troubleshooting ID management activities.
To log ID management events
  1. In the MCS left pane under Services, choose ID Management.

  2. Under ID Management, choose Management Settings.

  3. In the Events page, select the events to log. You can select various types of errors, warnings, and information.
To view logged ID management events
  1. In the MCS left pane under Services, choose Events.

  2. In the View Events page, use the Error, Warning, and Information check boxes to hide or display specific types of messages.

  3. After selecting the types of messages to display, choose Apply Filters.
