Managing Presentations

Presentation Manager's main purpose is to assign presentations to end users or groups, and to determine how those users are authenticated. Using Presentation Manager, you can also do the following administrative tasks:

On the lower right portion of your browser window, there is a row of buttons that provide tools to manage your list of presentations. You must select a presentation to enable these buttons. The properties of a presentation can only be viewed in Presentation Manager. To change these properties, open the presentation in Presentation Integrator. The Activate button works like a toggle, allowing you to activate or deactivate the selected presentation.
