Using the Check Box control, you can create selectable check boxes on customized forms. Selecting check boxes allows end users to choose a state or condition (checked or unchecked). In your check box's properties, you can define data associated with each state, and use this data in your application.
Presentation Designer check boxes also offer configurable tooltips and hotkey shortcuts for selecting the check box with a keyboard.
