The Browser Cannot Display the Web Page

• Is the required service running?

  On the Web Edition server, go to the Windows Services console (Start > All Programs > Administrative Tools > Services).

  • For the Transfer Client, confirm that "Attachmate Reflection for Secure IT Web Server" is started.
  • For the User Manager, confirm that "Attachmate Reflection for Secure IT User Manager" is started.
