Upgrading from an Earlier Version

Reflection Administrator Version 7.x or 8.x

If an outdated version of Reflection Administrator is installed on your servers and you want to save your settings and install Reflection for the Web version 9.6, follow the steps in Upgrading from Reflection for the Web version 7.x or 8.x, modifying the procedure to uninstall Reflection Administrator. Uninstall Reflection Administrator, install Reflection for the Web, and then update your settings as described.

If an outdated version of Reflection Administrator is installed on your servers and you want to save your settings and install the most recent version of Reflection Administrator, follow the steps in Upgrading from Reflection for the Web version 7.x or 8.x, modifying the procedure to uninstall Reflection Administrator and install the most recent version of Reflection Administrator. When you upgrade, it is strongly recommended that you follow the steps in the order they are presented. Uninstall the outdated version of Reflection Administrator, install Reflection Administrator version 9.6, and then update your settings. It is recommended that you use an automated installer to simplify the process.
