Installing and Running the Static Session Migration Wizard

Use the Static Session Migration Wizard when you upgrade from a 4.x version of Reflection Administrator and have created static sessions that you want to use in this version. In most cases, you will not need to use this wizard to upgrade your installation. See Upgrading from an Earlier Version for more information.

Installing staticsessionmigration.zip

1. Locate the staticsessionmigration.zip file in the \install\nonautomated\ directory of the product CD for your platform.
   
   
2. Extract staticsessionmigration.zip into any directory.

Running the Static Session Migration Wizard

1. Open a Command Prompt window.
   
   
2. Navigate to the directory in which you installed the staticsessionmigration.jar file. On the command line type:
   
   java -jar staticsessionmigration.jar
   
   
3. Follow the prompts.
