Customize the Quick Access Toolbar
The Quick Access Toolbar contains a set of controls that you can use to perform common tasks and access document settings. It is located at the top of the Reflection window.
The Quick Access Toolbar
You can add button controls to the Quick Access Toolbar from the Ribbon interface or from the Reflection button menu. You can also add custom button controls that you have created.
Note: You can add only simple button controls to the Quick Access Toolbar. You cannot add complex buttons or other interface items.
To add or remove Quick Access Toolbar buttons

Add a button control from the Reflection Button
On the Reflection button menu, right click on the button control you want to add, and then select Add to Quick Access Toolbar.
Add a button control from the Ribbon
On the Reflection Ribbon, right click on the button control you want to add, and then select Add to Quick Access Toolbar.
Add a custom button control
- Click the Quick Access Toolbar menu, and then select Add an Action.
- In the Select Action Dialog box, under Action, select an action and then specify action parameters (if required).
Remove a button control
On the Quick Access Toolbar, right-click the button control you want to remove and then select Remove from Quick Access Toolbar.
The Quick Access Toolbar button controls that you add are automatically saved in your workspace file and are displayed the next time you open Reflection.
- Click the Quick Access Toolbar menu, and then select Add an Action.
