Server Certificate not Found
The host is presenting a self-signed server certificate that is not in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities list of your Window's certificate store. The following options are available:

Accept the certificate and add it to your trusted root list. The host will be authenticated with this certificate in subsequent connections and this dialog box will not appear again unless the certificate is removed from the list.

Accept the certificate for this connection only, but don't load it into the certificate store.

Decline the certificate and close the connection.

Caution: Accepting a self-signed certificates can create a security risk. The appearance of this dialog box might be the result of a "man-in-the-middle attack," in which another server poses as your host. If you are not sure how to respond, click No and contact a system administrator.
