Returns (first syntax line) or specifies (second syntax line) a description for the new member being created. This description appears in various AS/400-generated lists such as WRKMBRPDM; it also appears as a Tooltip in Reflection's Transfer dialog box.

This property affects AS/400 data transfer and is only relevant to 5250 sessions.
