Description

Returns (first syntax line) or specifies (second syntax line) the IP address of the AS/400 system. You can use this option to specify which system to connect to. This will bypass the MPTN name-to-IP-address resolution. Use this option if both of the following are true:

· You do not have a Hosts file.

· Your system name does not have an IP address entry in the Domain Name Server that your TCP/IP stack is configured to use.
