ReturnEqualsEnterInBlockMode property
Syntax |
object.ReturnEqualsEnterInBlockMode |
Works with |
|
Data type |
Returns (first syntax line) or specifies (second syntax line) how the host responds to the Return key. (Note that the PC "Enter" key in the main keyboard area is mapped to the HP Return key and the PC "Enter" key on the numeric keypad is mapped to the HP Enter key.) Because the Return key is easier to reach, you may prefer to use Return rather than Enter. When this property is True, the Return key is equivalent to Enter when the host is in block mode, but behaves normally when not in block mode.
The default value is False.
