Returns (first syntax line) or specifies (second syntax line) a set of character translations that occur between the local computer and the host in 7-bit mode. This property affects how characters entered from the keyboard or from a local file are transmitted to the host, and how characters sent from the host are written to local files, to the screen, or both.

Translations are not performed unless the UseNRC property is set to True.
The default is rcNone.
