Gets or sets a value indicating whether additional characters (above character 128) in the configured National Character Set are available.

Attachmate.Reflection.SecuredSettingException This exception is thrown when you modify a property that was secured via the Permissions Manager, or that can only be modified by an Administrator.
Remarks
When this property is set to false, additional characters are not available. The default is false.
