Gets or sets whether InfoConnect uses the buffer length instead of the field length of a packed decimal field to determine the size of fields on the PC.

Property Value

The default value is False for all versons of InfoConnect except Japanese versions. (The default for Japanese versions of Reflecton is True.)
Remarks
This setting mimics how Micro Focus RUMBA and Extra! perform this same operation. When set to false, the extra byte that appears as a space in front of even length fields is eliminated. This setting applies to 5250 sessions only.
