Publishing Configuration Files

Using Configuration Publisher, you can transfer configuration files from a client environment to the MCS server for centralized management and deployment. You must have INFOConnect Administrator's Edition installed to access Configuration Publisher.

To simplify deployment of files to INFOConnect users, you can combine related configuration files (for example, a session file, a color scheme, and a keyboard map) into a configuration package. When a package is assigned to a user, that user receives all the configuration files the package contains. For a list of the kinds of files that can be included, see Publishable Configuration Files.
