- At the server where INFOConnect Airlines Gateway is installed, log on as an administrator.

You must be logged onto the server as an administrator or as a user with administrator privileges in order to view any data using this utility. If you are not logged on as an administrator, Access Denied appears in the Server Status area of the application window, and the rest of the application window is blank. |
- Click the Windows Start button, point to All Programs, point to Attachmate INFOConnect Airlines Gateway, and click Gateway Monitor.
