Files: This list displays all the external header and footer files that will be published to Management & Control Services (MCS) when you click OK on this dialog box. (This list does not display any header or footer files that have already been published.)
Browse: Click this button to display the Open dialog box. Using this dialog box, you can select a file to add to the Files list.
Since the path to the file is not retained when the file is published to MCS, each file name must be unique. Remove: Click this button to remove the selected file from the Files list. Removing a file from this list does not remove previously published header or footer files from MCS.
Referenced Files: If the files listed in the Files list contain references to any JavaScripts, cascading style sheets, images, or other files, and the path to the referenced file is relative to the MCS database, this list displays all the referenced files. These files are also published to MCS when you click OK on this dialog box. (This list does not display any referenced files that have already been published.)

Files are not added to this list automatically. You must review the header and footer files using a text editor, and add any referenced files to this list manually. In addition, since the path to the file is not retained when the file is published to MCS, each file name must be unique.
Remove: Click this button to remove the selected file from the Referenced Files list. Removing a file from this list does not remove previously published referenced files from MCS.
