Properties Page

Note You can view but not change the information on this page. To change these properties, you must modify the presentation using Presentation Integrator.

Presentation Name: This displays the name of the presentation.

Owner Name: This displays the name of the person or organization who created or is responsible for maintaining the presentation (if an owner name was specified when the presentation was published).

Description: This displays the description of the presentation (if a description was specified when the presentation was published).

Presentation Resources: This list displays the applications, configurations, and Web documents included in the presentation.

The ID column displays an internal identifier for the resource (such as Res1). The Label column displays the name of the resource. You can sort this list by clicking either of the column headings. For example, to sort the resources by name, you would click the Label column heading. Clicking the column heading again reverses the order of the sort.

When you click a resource in the list, the properties associated with that resource (such as its width and height) appear in the Resource Properties group box.

Resource Properties

Resource Type: This identifies the selected resource (Application, Configuration, or Web Doc).

Display Type: This indicates how the selected resource appears (Embedded if the resource is embedded within the presentation, Popup if the resource appears in a separate window).

Note For ActiveX resources, if the Display Type is Popup, the resource displays in the entire area allocated to the presentation rather than in a separate window, and the Height and Width values do not apply. Any other resources in the presentation will not be visible.

Width: This indicates whether the resource occupies the full width of the presentation (Standard), or only half the width (Half Standard).

Note If the Display Type is Popup, this property determines the width of the area in the presentation from which the resource is invoked, not the width of the separate window in which the resource actually appears.

Height: This indicates whether the resource is 400 pixels high (Standard) or 200 pixels high (Half Standard).

Note If there is only one resource in the presentation and its height is Standard, the resource will occupy the full height of the browser window rather than only 400 pixels.

In addition, if the Display Type is Popup, this property indicates the height of the area in the presentation from which the resource is invoked, not the height of the separate window in which the resource actually appears.
