Managing Presentations
The main purpose of Presentation Manager is to assign presentations to end users or groups, and to determine how those users are authenticated. Using Presentation Manager, you can also perform the following administrative tasks:
- Activate and deactivate presentations
- View presentation properties
- Copy, rename, and delete presentations
- Set some deployment options
On the lower right portion of your browser window, a row of buttons provides tools to manage your list of presentations. To enable these buttons, you must first select a presentation.

- From Presentation Manager, you can only view the properties of a presentation. To change these properties, you will need to open the presentation in Presentation Integrator.
- The Activate button works like a toggle: choose it to activate or deactivate the selected presentation.
