A Web-based server console that administrators can use to centrally manage and configure Attachmate management components. MCS is automatically installed if you install EXTRA! X-treme Manager, distributable MSI files, or Presentation Manager.

Distributable MSI files for EXTRA! X-treme, EXTRA! X-treme Options, and EXTRA! X-treme Connections.
EXTRA! X-treme Manager
Enterprise managers with which you can manage and synchronize configuration files, and distribute client installations and patches.
Presentation Manager
A tool for assigning presentations to users and/or groups.
FTP Client Manager
A component with which you can create file transfer client configurations and deploy them as presentations, so your users can download a file transfer client in applet form.
EXTRA! X-treme Options Pack
Tools to provide AS/400 file sharing (so that you can navigate through AS/400 objects using standard Windows applications such as Windows Explorer), API access to 16-bit HLLAPI and APPC applications, additional keyboard drivers, and support for the CASL macro language.

Attachmate File Transfer
A utility with a Windows Explorer-like interface that you can use to move or copy files between computers. Attachmate File Transfer also provides an FTP command line interface for users who are familiar with FTP commands, or require more sophisticated file transfer capabilities.
SNA Gateway
A full-featured server application that can be used to connect workstations on a LAN ro resources on SNA-based host systems.
Installer Service for Restricted Users
A service that lets restricted users install Attachmate products and patches from Management & Control Services (MCS).
This secure service installs only Attachmate products or products signed by an administrator and uploaded using the MCS Distribution Publisher.
Windows Installer 2.0 for operating system
An application installation and management service (versions are included for Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, and Windows 9x). Click Install EXTRA! Options and Connections, and then click Microsoft.
Microsoft SOAP Toolkit
A requirement for using EXTRA! features that allow you to generate and run EXTRA! Basic macros that access Web services. Click Install EXTRA! Options and Connections, and then click Microsoft.
Windows Installer 2.0 is required to install Microsoft SOAP Toolkit 3.0.

Presentation Manager
A tool for assigning presentations to users and/or groups.
Presentation Integrator
Windows only. A design tool to customize the way host access presentations are displayed on end users' computers.
WebPublish
Windows only. A Windows server application that you can use to convert host application screens into a graphical user interface and make them accessible to users via a Web browser.
Stand-alone Terminal Viewers
Windows only. Unmanaged, locally installed Java terminals to securely access host applications.
Cached Browser-based Emulation
Cached Terminal Viewers (Java or ActiveX)
"Pre-cached" Java or ActiveX terminals hat load faster than normal terminals on first use.
