Tour the Client Console
The Client Console is a window from which you can view and manage your data sources. You can accomplish each phase of the replication process by using menu commands and options. The Console is divided into tabbed views that display different types of information. By dragging the tab, you can move a view anywhere in the window or outside the window.

The Explorer view displays a tree of the data sources that are maintained by a connected DATABridge service. From the Explorer view, you can right-click a data source or any of its related items to show the available options. Data sets are listed by structure number. You can filter and sort data sets using options from the Explorer view menu.

The Console view displays all Client-related activity, including log output, exit codes, and commands. Each data source and service has a dedicated Console view to help you track activities specific to that component.
The Open Console control lets you open additional Console views to view multiple data sources. The Pin Console control lets you keep a particular console on top.

At the lower edge of the Client Console, the status line shows whether the service connectivity status and whether additional user input is required to complete a configuration task.
When a process command is running, additional fields display audit file processing information: the Audit File Number (AFN), the Audit Block Serial Number (ABSN), a progress bar for the designated audit file, the current DMS II AFN, and lag time. Lag time is the elapsed time between when an update is applied in the DMSII database and when it appears in the relational database.
If multiple data sources are processing at the same time, the status line will cycle through each data source status in five-second intervals.
When you close the Client Console, all information is retained except statistical information from the service that is accrued during Client runs.
